How can I change my payment details?
Follow the steps below to easily add or update your payment details:
- In Bird, head over to
Settings
->Subscription Plan
. - Click on
Update payment details
under theManage subscription
section. - Click
Card
and enter your new payment details.
How can I request an invoice or changes to my invoice?
Our payments provider, Paddle, will assist you on any billing-related matters.
- In Bird, head over to
Settings
->Subscription Plan
. - Click on
Billing Support
under theManage subscription
section to send an email to Paddle Support. Your email client should open a new email message with the subject prefilled with the necessary details Paddle will need to process your request.
