How can I change my payment details?

Follow the steps below to easily add or update your payment details:

  1. In Bird, head over to Settings -> Subscription Plan.
  2. Click on Update payment details under the Manage subscription section.
  3. Click Card and enter your new payment details.

How can I request an invoice or changes to my invoice?

Our payments provider, Paddle, will assist you on any billing-related matters.

  1. In Bird, head over to Settings -> Subscription Plan.
  2. Click on Billing Support under the Manage subscription section to send an email to Paddle Support. Your email client should open a new email message with the subject prefilled with the necessary details Paddle will need to process your request.
